Hi Michelle - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear the drum is not rotating. Make sure Delay Start is not selected. A load of heavy, wet clothes, such as towels or blue jeans, may cause the drive belt to slip. Remove some of the clothing and try again. A technician may be required for an accurate diagnosis.
