QuestionDoes this smart switch work if connected to a switch loop circuit? I’ve got power coming from the light fixture to the current switch that I want replaced. The current switch has a green, white, and black wire, but it’s part of a switch loop

QuestionIf turned on by motion, how long does it stay on if there’s no more movement? So if you are in the room and sitting still on the couch watching tv, how long can you set it before it turns off?

QuestionAt one point the overview tab on the website says this switch requires a ground, but no neutral…then a little later in the overview it says it does require a neutral. Does this switch require a neutral to work? And does this switch require a ground?

QuestionIs there a maximum wattage for LED bulbs on one circuit? Other brands have a maximum wattage of 150w or 300w.

- Answer Thank you for this great question! Our 4-Wire (Neutral Required) Smart Switches can be used in most applications as long as the total circuit wattage does not exceed 150W. QuestionIf I am using the switch for a three way light. Can i install one motion detector switch on one end and a dimmer switch (without motion detector) on the other end?

- Answer GE says all switches on the circuit should be the same. Either so they work properly or to work at all. If you mix and match, a function may not work on one, or the switches just may not work period...

- Answer GE says you will need two separate switches, one for the light and one for the fan. I hope they create a single switch that can seperately control a light and fan soon...

QuestionThis expensive motion-sensing cync light switch won’t “group” with any other light switches or devices. When you try to group this device in the cync app, it says you need to update the firmware, and then it says the firmware is already updated. Why?
