Q: QuestionPlease provide the part number for the grease filters for this model over the range microwave. ABT didn’t install them and won’t send anyone out for 2 weeks. I can get them overnight from Amazon if you provide the part number for them. Thanks in advance!

• A:Answer Hey there, We appreciate you reaching out. All our over-the-range microwaves are designed to fit into a 30" cabinet opening. This makes choosing a replacement a breeze. Please note however, that you will need to use the mounting kit that comes with the model. This is because the kit is made specifically for that model. • A:Answer Hello, Thank you so much for reaching out and for your interest in a new GE microwave. The two models you listed are actually the exact same model. The only difference is the extra number in the model number. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. Q: QuestionCan the surface light - the light underneath, be programmed to turn on/off at a certain time....like on at 6am and off at 6pm?

• A:Answer Hello, Great question! We thank you for your interest and we'd be happy to help. We found that the surface light cannot be programmed to turn on by itself. You can turn the dial to select the period of time the light / fan will remain on until the microwave automatically turns it off. Q: QuestionI'm replacing GE Profile Spacemaker XL1800 Model# JVM1879SK03. I don't know if it is vented to rear or top. This new GE Profile PVM9215SKSS says it vents to the rear. Is there any modification needed to install it? Will a standard installation work?

• A:Answer We had an existing top vented microwave (KitchenAid). The installer used the same venting to hook this microwave into and it works fine. Don't know if it required additional hardware but whatever it needed was in the packaging so far as I know.

Q: QuestionI have a GE Profile gas range. We will have 16 inches between the top of the range and the bottom of the microwave. Is this enough clearance? Do I need to be concerned with the heat from the range effecting the microwave?

Over- the- range models must be installed 66" from the floor to the bottom of the cabinet that the microwave attaches to.
