Hi there! We're sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the dry cycle on your dishwasher. We have some tips that will help. When the dishes have trouble drying, it's usually because the water temperature is too low. The water going into your dishwasher should be at least 120 degrees F. We suggest running the hot water on your faucet for a few minutes prior to running the dishwasher to prime the water line. The use of a rinse aid will encourage a proper dry cycle as well. Make sure you have selected the Dry Boost option and to ensure this drying cycle has time to completely dry your dishes, leave the door closed for an additional 90 minutes after the clean light appears to give the fan time to complete the cycle.
