Cleaning instructions start on page 19 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the PTS9000SNSS product page of the Best Buy website. Many GE Appliances products include a Quick Start Guide only and not a complete Owner's Manual. However, Owner's Manuals as well as Installation Instructions can be viewed, downloaded, or printed from our website.
