QuestionHow does it perform on pet hair?

- Answer So far I have not had issues with pet hair. It does get rid of all of it, but there is a significant decrease. I also use the bounty pet care dryer sheets in the dryer and that helps as well.

QuestionWhat are the exact components of the drum? In the picture, it looks like the base is made of plastic but the sides are stainless steel.

QuestionI cannot figure out how to use the power pre wash or auto soak on this model. The manual says to push the soak button for auto soak but no button. Please explain how to activate these two features. Is water station only through app? Delay time only app?

- Answer Hello and thank you for choosing this great washing machine. The Water Station is only available through the app. For help with this, please contact our Connected Support team at 1-800-220-6899, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. ET, Saturday - Sunday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET. Delay Wash is the button to delay the start of the cycle by repeatedly pressing it for the desired amount of time. Auto-Soak and prewash are not part of this unit. If we can help with anything else, please let us know. -Gina@GEA

- Answer Hi - This is an awesome question! To adjust the volume for the end of cycle signal and other system tones for this model PTW900BPTRS, you will need to press the volume button located on the control panel. There is also the option to use our GE Appliances SmartHQ app to change those sound levels. We hope this information helps. Please reach out if you have any additional questions.
