- Answer Hey there - that’s a great question! For powder detergent, add the manufacturer’s recommended amount of powder detergent to the top of the load once all of the clothes are loaded into the wash basket. Some granular detergents may be difficult to dissolve because of variations in content. If desired, you can dissolve the granular or powder detergent in hot water before pouring it into the wash basket. QuestionI filled the smart dispense reservoir & have run ~10 loads with smart dispense “auto” selected. Yet I can still see the detergent at the top of the reservoir opening. I then ran bulk clean out twice. The detergent level at the opening didn't change.

- Answer I am having the same problem. I bought mine as open-box and it dumped detergent out on the way in. Now its all dried up at the top reservoir even though it says empty.

- Answer Hi - We appreciate your interest in our beautiful Profile clothes washer. The drain hose is included, the hot and cold water supply hoses are not and must be purchased separately. Any venting needs would depend on the clothes dryer you choose. We do not include vent hoses with our dryers. You would purchase and supply the vent hose needed for your specific installation. When connected to your SmartHQ App, you can use your voice to automatically set your washer to handle tough stains or to set the appropriate cycle to wash specific fabrics." The Stain Pretreat in the App is this feature. You simply tells Alexa what kind of stain needs to be removed and the washer incorporates this into the wash cycle. QuestionIs there a cycle that allows you to quickly wash a full load of regular clothes? If so, can you tell me what the cycle time is for such a load? Also, can i use powder detergent in the detergent dispenser or does it have to be liquid? I prefer powder.
