You can separately purchase these exact handles on the off chance something happens to them making them unusable. There aren't different handles to purchase to replace these specific handles. Q: QuestionWhen I'm trying to pull the gates out, it's very difficult and not smooth. There are also scratches where the grate is other out. It's this normal?

If your racks are difficult to pull out or remove, we recommend pouring a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth and lightly coat both sides of the each rack. Q: QuestionFrom material are the burner caps made? Can the caps and grate be seasoned (like you would do for regular cast iron)? I've only used the range a few times, and I already have stubborn stains that don't just wipe off on the grate and caps.

Q: QuestionIs there a way to child proof the gas nobs? Our old oven you took the knobs off, then put on the child safety covers, and placed the knobs back. But that required a gap from knob to stove. This doesn't have that. Wondering what our options are. Thanks.
