  • QuestionWhat are the settings on the stove knobs -Like warm, simmer, Lo, 2,3,4,5,High Etc? Specifically does it have a warm or simmer setting on the burner knobs?

    • Answer Hello there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the knobs have different settings depending on the burner. -- One of the knobs have the following settings: *Lo (Low) *Sim (Simmer) *Med (Medium) *Hi (High). -- Other knobs have a Lo - Hi setting with 1-6 in between. Another knob has similar settings but with 3, 5, and 7 in between the Lo and Hi, with an additional Med setting. Finally, the 3rd knob from left to right is used to turn on the oven light, and it only has an On and Off setting. -- We hope this was helpful, and please reach out to us on social media if we can assist you further.   • QuestionWhich oven is for baking a large (20+ #) Turkey?

    • Answer Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are happy to help! For a 30" Freestanding Double Oven Range, the lower oven will hold a turkey that is about 20 pounds. Please Note: The turkeys we test are normally in the 20 to 25 pound range and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven models. We do not have any information on turkey sizes for the upper oven nor do we recommend cooking whole turkeys/chickens/hams in the upper oven. We hope this is helpful.   • QuestionDoes this model have separate chambers, is the top oven separate from the bottom. When I turn it on does the bottom heat up and The bottom stay cool or do both chambers get hot so if I’m cooking a turkey on the lower can I broil in the top?
