A:Answer Hello. We appreciate you choosing our Opal ice maker, though we regret that you’re having an issue with the unit leaking. We know this must be frustrating, especially as it's new - we’d like to help. We do expect that some condensation may form, resulting in water dripping under the ice bin. This water might sometimes collect and drip down the lower front surface of the ice maker. If this is where the leak is, installing the drip tray to collect the water might help. If you believe the leak you’re seeing isn’t normal, we do have Opal Support available at 1-866-907-6718; those specialists can certainly assist further.
