Hi there - Oh no! We're sorry to hear that the cleaning light on your ice maker is not turning off. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My light started blinking, too, at about 5 weeks of first use. I sanitized per instructions, and the light cleared out. So I think it is a sign to clean the unit.
