• It is below the ice tray, so you need to remove the tray to fill the reservoir.

• It is under the ice bin.. so you have to remove the bin to fill it up. And it is very easy to do..

• As others have answered, the main reservoir is below the ice bin, but the second option on certain models is via a side tank. Having used both options (we received the side tank about a week after install from my sister-in-law who doesn't use hers due to space reasons), I highly recommend the side tank if you have the space and are willing to pay the premium.

• Under the ice bin, take the ice bin out and fill to the bottom of the little drain about half way up.

• It is located under the ice, compartment. It holds about 9 cups of water
