Run the clean cycle while letting the hoses drain (there’s YouTube demonstrations). That happened to us, so we let it drain with the cleaning cycle still on and it finally cycled out of it. Then we moved it back to position and plugged it back in for operation and it started up in the “making ice” cycle. You should also be able to press “clean” cycle button for three seconds, but ours was not exiting until we drained it and restarted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.after you clean and rinse the icemaker, hold down the "button" labeled cleaning light for 3 seconds or more and that should reset it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’d try a power down cycle.
