If the temperature seems too cold, we suggest to change the setting to Beverage (34F) or Deli (38F). These temperatures indicate the appropriate temperatures for the food and actual temperatures may vary based on normal operation and other factors such as door openings and fresh food set point. See page 20 of the Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60792-3.pdf - See pages 9-10 for instructions on adjusting Refrigerator and Freezer temperatures. Also, if the refrigerator temperature sensor is blocked, it may not be able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch at 1-800-626-2005 or GEAppliances.com - Sue
