For the ”Cook Time” clock if you enter 1:01 (one hour and one minute - you can't set seconds for the "Cook Time” value) it quickly changes to counting down from 1 hour and 0 minutes. It seems their clock ignores the hour value and immediately thinks it is counting down from 1 minute - in seconds! ... it can't show the seconds (because they only show right at the end for the final minute) but it does zero out the minutes display. So it goes from 1:02 to 1:01 (for a brief second) and then goes immediately to 1:00. The same is true for 2:02, 3:02, 4:02 etc etc. Their product team has sloppy/pathetic design and quality.
