Q: QuestionI have added the rinse agent but every couple days I get an alert on my phone that its low, even when I haven't used it. I can see it in the dispenser. Is there some way to rest it?

Q: QuestionHow do you keep mold from growing inside the dry boost ducting? How do you clean the dry boost ducting? Is the air used for the dry boost feature filtered? How do you keep dust and debris from the air flow?

• A:Answer Hello MichaelP - Thank you for reaching out about our dishwasher technology. We are happy to help. The Dry Boost uses hotter water and an additional heating element to effectively dry the dishes. There is not special ducting for Dry Boost. Than fan assist indicates the hidden steam vent pulls in the moist air from the tub to further help dry the dishes. As the vent takes in air instead of blows out, there is no filtering needed. The vent is located on the inside of the door at the top, so debris is not a problem. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John

The upper rack is primarily for glasses, cups, and saucers. The lower rack is best used for plates, saucers and cookware items. Large items, such as broiler pans and baking racks should be placed along the sides of the rack. The 3rd rack is the recommended location for silverware and large utensils.
