QuestionI just received my washer today and it works great, but there is no place to hang the sink adapter and drainage hoses when I put the washer away. There are only some hooks to tie the electrical cord around. Is my washer missing something?

- Answer Hello I use rubber bands to tie them up. Nothing is missing and beware of washing white clothes they might get stained.

- Answer Hi Ladybug- This model uses Precise Fill or auto load sensing to add the appropriate amount of water. Precise Fill senses the load size during the water filling portion of the cycle to determine how much water is needed for the particular load. There is not a manual fill selection for load size. QuestionMy washer won't drain the water on the rinse cycle. I cleaned the filter inside and in the back. It keeps saying OE which indicates it is NOT draining. What do I do?

- Answer Well I imagine it's pointless to answer your question now as I'm sure you've either gotten it fixed or replaced it but generally you'd have a clogged drain pump filter or even an inoperable drain pump that needs to be replaced. Sometimes it's a clogged drain line. If you wash a lot of clothing with pet dander and stuff like that to clog the lines or maybe something that was left in the pockets that could've clogged the line too

- Answer Hi RoseInMyNose- Thanks for considering our GE Portable Washer WSLP1500HWW! You should not expect tangling or stretching of clothing from the washer. Tangled, twisted or knotted clothes are usually a result of improper sorting of wash loads. To prevent clothing from knotting and twisting: Avoid mixing heavy items with light items. Avoid putting too many or too few items in the washer. Load your washer so clothes have enough room to move freely. Make sure you set the proper water level for the size load you are doing. Be sure your wash water is not too hot for the fabric. Also, the lint filters are conveniently located in the basket on each side for easy access. QuestionI recently purchased a 5.2 Samsung top-loader washer which didn't fit in my laundry room, so I had to send it back..I need something a little smaller but I'm thinking 2-6 is too small for me.. Do you have something a bit smaller then 5.2?

Yes, slowly turn on the water faucet all the way to the desired temperature setting (Water Pressure must be 10 p.s.i minimum to 150 p.s.i. maximum dynamic pressure measured at faucet.)
