• A:Answer No. The washing machine has leveling legs that should be adjusted to lowest (shortest) setting before mounting atop pedestal. Then use the pedestal's legs to level the assembly

• A:Answer The GFP1528PNSN is built GFW850****. I'd recommend going with manufacturer's suggested choice. The pedestal must handle any wear & tear from possible off-balance washer! Everything costs way too much to get it wrong.

• A:Answer I would contact your warranty team and let them know. That sounds like either a defect or possibly an install error. To my knowledge the drawer should close completely. Hope this helps.
