Generally in a case like this, for AT&T and other commercial applications that aren't getting sound, the page is typically muted and you have to un-mute it. It can be a little different but if there's a video, make sure you check the sound icon on that video. If this doesn't work, we'd recommend creating an in store appointment for our Geek Squad.
