No. Unless buying refurb from Apple's website, refurb'd Mac's come with 1 year warranty that ends 1 year from when the ORIGINAL buyer purchased. Apple Care + is only available for 1 month from that date, so highly unlikely you can purchase. IMO, refurb sites like Best Buy should publish the original purchase date of each Mac they sell.
