The box indicates all the necessary information you need to know about the network needed for this device to work. All of our devices are designed to work for 2.4 GHz networks primarily due to wider range because 5 GHz that cannot penetrate through walls and floors. The good news though is since most routers nowadays are dual-band, we can ask your Internet Service Provider to separate the two networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for them to have different SSID so you can connect your device to 2.4 GHz networks. But as of the moment mobile data is insufficient to support your device. We can discuss with you in details. - A:Answer I have Geeni cameras and have successfully got them viewable on my windows 10 laptop as well as a desktop. You can Google "android simulator for windows" and download. In my case, it's "Bluestacks" which is a gaming application. Once loaded, you go to the Google Play store & download the Geeni app (other apps available as I also run my wifi thermostats as well as Lutron Caseta lighting from it. Doing so will also allow you to "broadcast" to a smart TV - great images when doing so!!
