Yes. All the C by GE light switches are 3 way switches but you need a thorough understanding of how 3 way switches work and understand how travel wires work to hook them up. The three way hook up instructions don't come in the package. The recommended link for the 3 way connection that is in the written instructions is a dead link so you have to hunt for it on the website

You would need two of the these for your three way to work as a three way. But yes it will work.
