QuestionWhat size room will this cover? Also how often will it need to be changed?

- Answer This works well in a small enclosed area eg bathroom. That being said I plugged it into a kitchen outlet as I needed the outlet space in the bathroom and low and behold it also freshened the air in the immediate vicinity, but not the entire kitchen. Great product especially in small enclosed spaces but will work in a small area of a larger room. As far as changing it, whenever it stops working. I plugged mine in about a month ago and it’s working as well as initially but now maybe less intense as the room is dry and odor free since the end of the first week. These small gadgets are usually well constructed and I’m hoping for 5 years as that is how long my electric toothbrushes usually last.

- Answer This unit does not have a filter. It has a bulb that would need to be replaced every 6-8 months. The part number is LB1000.

QuestionI see in the available images that the purifier has a USB port. Is the cable included? If I need to supply my own, what kind do I need?

- Answer The photo is an older photo and we no longer make the units with the USB port. If you should get a unit with a USB port, that is there to add as an extra plug, for example for your phone charger, it is not to allow the unit to operate, so there is not cord provided.

- Answer This unit may help with the smoke odor but it will not filter out any particulate matter from the smoke as it does not contain a filter. You would want to look into an air purifier to help with smoke.

- Answer Hello, What portion of the unit are you unscrewing the screws from? please use a small Philips head screwdriver, loosen and remove the Phillips screw located at the top backside of the unit. If this will not work please send us an email at [email protected] or please call at 866-603-5900.

- Answer We are sorry you are having trouble removing your bulb from your GG1100B. You may want to try a pair of rubber gloves or a kitchen gripper to get a better hold of the bulb. When removing the bulb, you want to have the unit front facing you.
