Sometimes it is an infinite loop for "verify" but never even gives me any UI to do so. Other times it lets me login again, and then it complains and forces a password reset (even though I use a password manager so there is zero chance of a typo). In others, it allows the login but then the modal just freezes (in app or in website). Just an all around consistently terrible experience.

At no point, during any other checkout process on the internet, even during the pandemic, have I ever had this problem. I'm sitting here $3000 in cash ready to buy and it simply will not work. I've managed to buy an XBox X somewhere else, but never have I been able to get anything at all through Best Buy. brb writing negative reviews. Get it together.

I had multiple devices with multiple cards trying to verify when I have already done all the necessary steps to fast checkout. I have been trying to keep my elite status for 6 months and have got 1 card. I get alerted the second they are in stock and checkout and couldn't get one because of this loop. please fix this best buy
