It drops every other week with some exceptions, it could drop a week early when a new gpu is being dropped or a week later for the same reason. The majority of drops have happened every other week. From previous drops I’ve noticed they release all 30 series card in massive quantities at the start of every month. Anywhere from the 1st and 10th of each month.

To accurately answer your question: No one knows for sure. Best Buy surely doesn’t stock the 30 series EVERY week, and according to past drop record, they seem to have come out primarily on Tuesdays and Thursday’s, separated by a couple weeks or so. There was one exception of a single Friday a couple months ago. Time frame seems to be somewhere between 10am and 2pm EST, and December 2020 and January 2021 didn’t have any 3080 drops at all. Rather discouraging but your best bet is to find a stock alert website and sign up for notifications, but keep in mind, these cards sell out in mere minutes.
