• Sorry I don't have an official answer for you, but I'll give you two possibilities. 1. Scalpers bought a lot of these cards and returned them when they saw that E-bay sales were weak. 2. Gigabyte and Best Buy have worked out a deal of some sort. 3. People return them frequently because case requirements for this GPU, it just doesn't fit a lot of cases.

• These card are sold in most Best Buy stores and are always in stock. More people would end up buying them and therefore create more returns vs those those that are sold online.
