• Hi Ale10208, The 4090 Gaming OC comes with a 3 year warranty and you can get an additional year when you register the card for a total of 4 years. Hope this helps! - John

• you have to register it online with gigabyte for the 4 year warranty. otherwise it does come with a short default warranty
