I spoke to 10 or 12 people at Best Buy on the Geek Squad India side who repeatedly forwarded me right on back over to the Customer Service people who just got done sending me there.. The Geek Squad guys' attitudes was that it's not their department, problem, and don't care; and on the customer service side comprising mostly of nice young kids doing their best, but clueless due to poor leadership in the company. Suffice to say, I got NOTHING resembling help from Best Buy and eventually got my answer almost immediately from Gigabyte's
