Not natively (as in the Amazon app doesn't support 'casting' directly to it). You can, however, mirror your device's screen onto the Chromecast or mirror the tab if you're using a PC browser.

No, casting is not available on prime, you can screen mirror with Prime but the quality is nowhere near what it should be. Amazon won't allow the compatibility because it competes with their firestick
