It comes with a 90 day warranty and 90 day manufacturer warranty as well.

Hi Chris, If you experience any issues with your phone within the first 30 days, please contact BestBuy directly. If you are outside the 30-day window, please contact Google support as each new phone comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty in the US.
