It was used by someone. They must of threw away the large and small plugs because it only came with the mediums.

Please try again later.For refurbished products, they are usually open-boxed, typically in cases of someone buying the products and deciding against them and returning them. Mine in particular looks like they had been used, but briefly. Also, the ones I received had a missing size of the silicon pieces. It didn't bother me though as I need the small ones anyways, but I feel like had I needed the middle size I'm sure Best Buy would have accepted a return or exchange. Overall, the buds were acceptable and if they had been used, it wasn't noticeable.
