Hi there, AnnS. Thank you for asking about your Nest Cam (battery). If you've already tried restarting or turning off and unplugging your router, smartphone and the Nest Cam itself for 30 seconds, then we recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below: - Factory reset the camera: This will erase all settings, including the Wi-Fi connection. - Check network settings: If your Wi-Fi network has a hidden SSID or uses guest network mode, ensure you're entering the correct information during setup. Additionally, confirm your network uses WPA2/WPA3 security protocol and not WEP or WPA, which Nest cameras don't support. - Disable temporary network interference: Try turning off other Wi-Fi devices and Bluetooth connections nearby that might interfere with the setup process. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us on our Google Nest Help page here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
