“Is this camera essentially just a Nest Battery Camera with a floodlight? Or are the 2 camera different mechanically/hardware wise? The camera itself looks identical to the In/Out battery cam. Are the internals the same?”

• Based on my research prior to buying this, it is the exact same camera as the battery powered model without the floodlight.

• No, it's not. Nest Cam with Floodlight doesn't have a built-in battery, and will require to be hardwired to a 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz power source. Nest Cam (Indoor/Outdoor, Battery) on the other hand, comes with a built-in battery and also has the option to be hardwired.
