“The tech specs for the Hello show an outside operating temperature range of +14F to +104F. What happens in winter when temperatures can be below +14F for extended periods? What happens when any present moisture freezes? Does the warranty remain valid?”

• The operating temperature range is for the internal operating temperature and not for the ambient temperature around the Nest Hello. The Nest Hello has a built in heat sync, and since this is designed to be on and running 24/7 the heat sync is expected to help prevent the internal operating temperature from dropping below 14 degrees in most conditions. • I can't speak to the warranty remaining valid, but I can say that we live in northern Wisconsin and this past winter we had days where it hit -25F without the windchill. Never once saw any issues with it.
