A:Answer Not sure if this helps or not, but I’ve never had a more informative tutorial of how to install something I’ve never installed before. My chime and transformer had went out, that’s when I decided to upgrade but had to replace both. I can’t speak for the customer service side of it because I never had to call but my best guess would be that people probably get frustrated with the install and take it out on customer service like we all do. Especially if they don’t have the correct chime and/or transformer, but it walks you through the tutorial perfectly to make sure you do. The only issue I had was with connecting to Wifi at first. I have 2 routers and 3 google wifi pods and it struggled at first to get connected, but once it did, it’s never stopped. So most people probably don’t have the correct equipment to support this and get frustrated with the tech support because they don’t have the proper equipment or bandwidth.
