“Can the 2020 Nest Thermostat control a HVAC humidifier?”

• Yes it can control a HVAC humidifier when I set up my Nest while you are going through the set up with Google Nest app it gives you several options. That option to connect HVAC humidifier is on the setting. I hope this helps answer your question.

• The new Nest Thermostat can only monitor and control the temperature using the Google Home app. It can’t control your humidifier/dehumidifier system as it doesn’t have the wiring support needed; although it comes with a humidity sensor which is limited to monitoring the humidity levels in your home.
