Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lots of rumors floating around about inventory. One manager stated Best Buy may not get inventory until the 4a 5G and the Pixel 5 are released. Best Buy handled this poorly. I understand that Google may have issues; however, Best buy should be able to tell where inventory is at any time. If they are still ON ORDER from Google, they should know that. If this lasts until September, I may just cancel.

Please try again later.I spoke with someone from their support team this morning and their response was that they have the inventory in their distribution centers but for an unknown reason have not been able to get the phones out to any of their stores. So there are currently no best buy stores in the country that actually have this phone and no one outside of their distribution team knows why.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem. I ordered it on 08/21 for an 09/09 pick up date. When I checked on my order today the pick up date has been removed and the order just says in progress. I can't get them to give me an ETA or an answer other than they are trying hard to get it in but the pandemic has slowed things down. They are still promising people two week pick up times on their website despite the fact that if you order from Google their delivery date is now in October. Super angry that they can't give an ETA, and they have charged and credited my account. No idea if they have managed to fill anyone's orders at this point after seeing the complaints. Hoping they don't cancel my order. Although maybe I should order from Google before their delivery date becomea next year.

Was relying on this to go out of town, all I have is a bricked older device. Very disappointed in Best Buy, the way they handled this, and failure to be transparent or give concrete answers.

I believe I'm going to be canceling the order if it doesn't get canceled before I do so, and I don't plan on ever "pre-ordering" ANYTHING from Best buy ever again. Whoever is responsible for this type of delay on a pre-order item obviously doesn't understand the point. Best buy, you should be ashamed of yourselves
