Completely unreliable. I had to change my order to be picked up on the 25th so it wouldn’t be cancelled a month after I ordered it. And then they auto cancelled it anyways saying it was “out of stock”. Thanks. I’ve been waiting a month. I even have the accessories for it. And my current phone is fried. Shout out to Best Buy for failing me on that one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered from Best Buy for store pickup on Sept 18th...delayed. Switched to shipping for Sept 22...delayed again. It's been almost a month. E-Mail from Best Buy saying they will cancel the order if I don't have it by Sept. 30th. Now why would they cancel that order when they are still listing the phone for sale on their website. If they cancel this order I will never buy anything from them again...ever! Don't trust their dates...they appear to be made up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I picked mine up at the my local BestBuy store. It was ready on the day they said it would be. After the email came in, I drove to the store and within 5 minutes I walked out with my phone.
