Yes I'm still waiting. I called support. The person literally told me that they accept as many preorders as they can, and then tell Google how many they need. Despite knowing that they would not be able to get all of them, they still accepted preorders. They essentially have the worst customer service and dumbest business policies. This is my last phone I will order from best buy, I should have gone with Amazon.

My wife got her 6 on the 29th and my pro is currently slated to ship after thanksgiving. The best part? If I drove 2 hours to another Best Buy there was one sitting there in their store. This is proof the pre-order process serves no purpose, as people who did not prioritize ordering the phone are able to get them by walking in off the street. Any available phone sitting on a shelf should be immediately boxed up and shipped to pre-orders in the order they came in. Get it together Best Buy!

As of the evening of the 26th the status now shows the order is delayed and they'll let me know when it ships. Tried calling support to see if they could provide any more details about the delay but they were unable to provide more details.

Every support rep has promised an update "very soon" or "I hope you receive it soon". Now im playing please don't cancel my preorder and screw me out of the promo earbuds every 30 days. Best buy has the worst business practices and I regret not ordering from Google or Amazon. Google has at least shipped some of their preorders, Best buy is still taking orders for phones they dont even know if they're getting.

I ordered it the second it was released and the expected date of 10/28 now turned into, well let you know when it's ready with no date in sight. So far my first pre-order and likely last. The longer I wait for it the more negative reviews I'm seeing.. Sort of makes a person feel like cancelling their order. I am not trying to be a negative Nancy, just not a great experience so far.

I was told it should be 24 to 120 hours before I will have my phone. What kind of answer is that! This will be the last time I pre-order anything from best buy, and may close the account I have had with them for 20+ years.

Alot of the reps keep saying is back ordered and do not have a clear answer of an ETA. Very unpleasant experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got mine early Nov, but still waiting on my husband's. It's said "we will ship it by Nov 26" for a month, but now that it's Nov 26th, it changed to "we'll let you know when we ship it". This is getting really frustrating.
