Yes. I would not go with straight talk though, I would go with Patriot mobile. They let you choose the network to run off of, and if your network is not available at the time, your phone will connect to another network automatically to make sure you have service without being charged. By far the best company I've been with.

If you get the unloked version and your carrier has a sim, it will be compatible.

Yes it will work on any carrier.
