Just google or read the specs online for a particular model/name/brand and if there is a band 13 mentioned, then it will work on CDMA (Verizon) network (their main frequency requirement). For GSM you need band 12 minimum for T-mobile. Google makes all of their phones as unlocked phones that supposed to work with any cell provider (CDMA or GSM.) Breathe easy. In any case, you can educate yourself on what bands the phone offers/work at. This phone also offers new bands that prividers like T-Mobile offer now, such as long range band 71. Google phones are like the proverbial American Pie--it has it all.
