No, they don't have a gesture-based control. But you can touch and hold the bud to activate the Google Assistant and tell it to increase/decrease/set volume to a particular level.

They unfortunately do not include touch volume controls.

You can control your Google Pixel Buds A-Series volume by saying, “Hey Google, turn up the volume.” Volume can also adjust automatically with Adaptive Sound. As you move between quiet and noisy places, Adaptive Sound dynamically adjusts the volume based on the noise level of your surroundings.
