The buds themselves, no. You need a Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, or 7 Pro. You have to activate Google Assistant and says something like "Will you be my English and Spanish interpreter?". It will then enter interpreter mode. All of the audio will go through the buds, so the other person will have to read the translation on screen, unless you give them a bud.
