- Answer Good question! I ordered a code at 830 pm last night and it’s now 1:30 pm in the afternoon the next day and I still don’t have it. No explanation as to why. No updates on my order status and no code. I don’t understand it.

- Answer Honestly that totally sounds like a scam, and you should definitely reference googles scam page for exactly this. I'm not sure if im allowed to post links but you can easily find it on Google Play's gift card section and in the description of this item.

- Answer If you mean by account, click on your profile picture the circle on the top right of your screen, and then go to the bottom where it says "switch accounts." If you mean by email address, you can't change your current email address since it is associated with a Google account (your current email address)
