• No you can't reload the card or digital link but you could buy the card or digital link again and redeem the money in the Google play account. E.g. Let's say you brought a 10 dollar digital google play card but you really wanted a 20 dollar card. Being that you can't reload the 10 dollar gift card just buy the 10 dollar digital Google play card again.

• Brought the digital code. But if you buy the card itself it just a code so basicly no you cant reload. Either link a debit/credit card or just purchase the card at the amount you need.
