QuestionI just bought one like this but it was the onn brand, and it dont work with my note 10 plus will this one work and if so what is the difference between this brand and the onn.

- Answer Yes, It will work with Note 10 plus. I have Note 10 Plus and it works with Sony EXTRA BASS earbuds. Headphone control button works for play/pause, call answer and hangup using this adapter.

- Answer absolutely not. I tried to use this for my Hero 7 black to record audio while im riding my bike and it didnt work at all. I plugged up my 3.5 headphone jack style mini microphone and it didnt work. Youll need to buy the actual gopro microphone adaptor to get audio with your microphone.

- Answer If you mean a Palm by HP like a Palm Pre or Palm Pixie, then NO. If you are talking about the Android based PALM phone that gets its name based upon the fact that it is palm sized, then I believe it will . All Android phones support audio over USB-C, even if they have a headphone jack (my note 8 can have a USB-C headset and Bluetooth headset and 3.5mm headset all at the same time).

- Answer Yes, this item will work with a Square reader. This was the main reason that I purchased it. The USB -C was recommended by Verizon even though they did not provide it. Fortunately, we had an absolutely great sales representative at Verizon.

- Answer No it wont. Ive tried it an it didnt work if you are wanting to use this to hook up a microphone to and the n to your hero7 black. I tried this exact thing a didnt get any audio from my microphone using this item.

- Answer It seems that some functionality is lost, not sure if it’s a USB-C issue or not. See my review regarding volume control with Bose headphones. If I had to guess, this does not support 2-way functions. Which may mean it is not passing your microphone through. Also, AUX connections on older cars were mostly one-way, you can play music, hear GPS, etc., but not use the microphone on your cell.
