can I charge my ASUS laptop with this power adapter null

Without knowing what Asus model you have, that's too broad of a question of a question to answer. It may work (very slowly) if your Asus is equipped with USB-C 3.0 ports, but laptop chargers are usually more powerful (around 65w). This is a 18w charger designed to deliver faster charging to phones.

I am inclined to say no. I am familiar with Asus laptops. I bought this for my wife's brand new 2018 iPad. I can not see any computer using this adapter. It appears to made for tablets and phones. I would use a search engine and put in Asus laptop power adapter. You do not want to get something generic that might damage your computer.
