Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I added a fourth to my system. I think you can add unlimited one. Just be aware that a single unit is expensive so if you think you need two, buy another three pack and you'll almost get the third for free.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, adding a 4th or even a 5th unit will definitely help. Just try to keep all the units an equal distance apart. Make sure to test the strength of the signal with the Google WiFi App. If you have a weak signal, it will ask you to plug it in an outlet a little closer to one of the other units. The Wifi in my house was not complete until I added the 4th unit.
