A:AnswerShort answer: There is only one green light It is either on or off. When on it is supposedly using solar to charge or operate a connected devise.
Longer answer: The Blue light indicate the current charge level of th Gopole. Four lights and its fully charged. The Green light remains lit whenever it senses sunlight or is being used to power your devise outside. That has been my experience.
I have placed my Gopole outside in direct sunlight when there were only two blue lights indicating it was half charged. The green light remained on. After 3 hours in bright sunlight there were still only two blue lights. So it seems the Gopole can only be recharged by using the USB charging cord connected to an electric power source.
So what is the point of the solar? I think it uses part solar power to power a connected phone, GoPro battery or other device while outside. Saving the stored power for when not in sunlight.
I am disappointed in the fact that it does not recharge itself using solar power. I had bought it to keep my phone charged during powder outages. I thought I could use up the stored power on the Gopole to use my phone at night and recharge ithe Gopole during the day by sunlight so I could use it again at night when I had no power. That is not how mine is working. It was several days before I realized this and did not have the original packaging so I was not able to return it. I still keep it clipped to my pack and use it when I need power outside. The flashlight feature is also nice and I have used it a few times.
Still looking for device that recharges itself using solar.
A:AnswerGreen means it detects light and is charging using solar energy. Blue light when it's turned on means what percentage it's at, when all 4 lights are lit it's 100%full if only 1 is lit it's 25%. Sometimes when you're charging your device the green will turn on but don't worry about it
A:AnswerA USB cable is included with the Dualcharger. You can use the AC adapter from a smartphone, or any other 5V 1A AC adapter to charge the Dualcharge with an outlet.
