QuestionHow long does the battery last on a charge ?

- Answer Battery life will depend on which mode you're shooting in. For example, at a high resolution and frame rate like 1440p and 60 fps, the battery should last about an hour and 20 minutes. At a lower setting like 1080p and 30 fps, you should get about two and a half hours of battery life per charge.

- Answer Its the hero 2018, which is between the 4 and 5. Basically its a 5 with less options like no 4k, limited time lapse, limited video settings and 10mp camera vs the 12 in the 5. The 5 would be the better one, but its $100 more.

- Answer Yes, it's possible to use a GoPro as a dash cam. The Suction Cup mount is an option that may work for you. Also, the camera comes with a USB cable to charge the camera, so any adapter that can plug into your car and provide enough power should work.

QuestionHi, just got the GoPro hero HD and used it for the first time in the water, now it won’t turn on and it’s not charging. Is it not waterproof? I thought it was.

- Answer Take the battery out and in then charge it for couple hours. It is a waterproof camera no worries. Do not leave the battery in overnight, always take it out or turn off the wifi. Otherwise it drains the battery even though it is turned off. Hope this helps.

- Answer You can use it as a dash cam and charge it via the USB cable. The camera has no internal memory, so you need an SD card. This camera doesn't have a looping function, but some of the other models do. The capture resolution is about 1080p at 60 fps, but it can record at 1440p and 60 frames per second and take up to a 128 Gb SD card.

- Answer If you are looking for footage to use for recruiting videos, I really don't recommend a GoPro. A point and shoot, or dslr would be perfect.

- Answer The new HERO has many of the same features, including a screen, a replaceable battery, and that it is waterproof to 33 feet without the need for an additional housing. The HERO5 Black and the HERO6 Black do some additional options that the HERO does not have though, including some higher resolutions and frame rates.

- Answer It does have good internal microphones, so it will capture great general audio, but if you are interested in connecting external mics to the camera, you'll want to get the HERO6 Black or the HERO5 Black and the external mic adapter.
